NEWS UPDATE by Georg, VP9/DK7LX: I arrived home today, 21st November, and have immediately replied to all direct QSL´s. It’s a huge pile of envelopes that will go into the mail on 22nd November. From today all OQRS requests/postal requests are being answered on the same day of request/arrival. Buro cards are answered as they come. I do normally sent a parcel of QSLs to the QSL Buro every 3 to 6 months. Buro may take quite some time anyway and I can only suggest to at least use the fine OQRS of Club Log. This will speed up the buro traffic significantly.
May I take this opportunity to thank all the individuals who have added a Dollar or Euro extra as a little donation. This is very kind of you and it will feed my next trip.
It has been great to work you guys from Bermuda and I do certainly look forward to hearing you all again from my next journey.”

NOVEMBER 9, 2017 — Georg DK7LX is active from Bermuda as VP9/DK7LX until 21st November. Logsearch on his qrz.com page. Georg says he will improve antennas tomorrow and will be QRV on 40-15 CW, holiday-style.
DES NOUVELLES MISE À JOUR De Georg, VP9 / DK7LX: Je suis arrivé chez moi aujourd’hui, le 21 novembre, et j’ai immédiatement répondu à toutes les questions directes de QSL. C’est une énorme pile d’enveloppes qui seront envoyées par la poste le 22 novembre. À partir d’aujourd’hui, toutes les demandes / demandes postales de l’OQRS reçoivent une réponse le même jour de demande / arrivée. Les cartes Buro sont répondues au fur et à mesure. Normalement, j’envoie un colis de QSL au QSL Buro tous les 3 à 6 mois. De toute façon, Buro peut prendre un certain temps et je ne peux que suggérer d’utiliser au moins les OQRS du Club Log. Cela accélérera considérablement le trafic buro.
Permettez-moi de saisir cette occasion pour remercier toutes les personnes qui ont ajouté un petit dollar ou un euro supplémentaire C’est très gentil de votre part et cela alimentera mon prochain voyage.

La Nouvelle-Zélande « Straight Key Night » – qui se tient normalement le premier dimanche de novembre – aura lieu cette année le premier dimanche de décembre, de 21 heures à 22 heures sur 80 mètres.
