RI3ØANT, Vostok Station- 30 years of RRC

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of  Russian Robinson Club (RRC) a Special callsign RI3ØANT will operate from Vostok Base (WAP RUS-13) from January 1 to March 31, 2023.

Alex UG1A (ex.RD1AV), Ivan UB1AQB and Zahar (ex.UH4NAE) will be active during their spare time, all bands all modes. QSL via  RZ3EC

The ufficial call of Vostok Station (WAP RUS-13), Antarctica RI1ANC will continue to be on air untill March 2024. QSL via RN1ON, CL OQRS Buro ONLY, Direct, Buro.

Following on from yesterday’s info about very limited activity from Bouvet by 3Y7GIA & 3Y7THA, now we can report that 3Y/LB5GI & 3Y/LB1QI may also QRV from there. Co-leader Ken LA7GIA says:

This will be the first ever transmission from Bouvet by a LB licensed Norwegian – so very exclusive/rare!!

Let’s wait and see. The 3Y0J pilot stations will let us all know if any of these callsigns will hit the airwaves, and if they do it’s likely they will make only a few QSOs at the end of the 3Y0J DXpedition.

Suite aux informations d’hier sur l’activité très limitée de Bouvet par 3Y7GIA & 3Y7THA, nous pouvons maintenant signaler que 3Y/LB5GI & 3Y/LB1QI peut également QRV à partir de là. Le co-responsable Ken LA7GIA déclare :

Ce sera la toute première transmission de Bouvet par un Norvégien sous licence LB – donc très exclusif/rare !!

Attendons et voyons. Les stations de pilotage
nous fera savoir si l’un de ces indicatifs sera diffusé sur les ondes, et s’ils le font, il est probable qu’ils ne feront que quelques QSO à la fin de la 3Y0J DXpedition.
